Our Approach

This is regarding the enzyme spray and the treatment we put on the back guards. It is also included in the drain maintaining puck, which is sewn into the drain cover. : A clean, hygienic, and well-maintained washroom creates a lasting impression with both guests and staff.

Each time a urinal is used, droplets of urine splash up from the bowl and land on the surrounding areas. These droplets are virtually invisible yet can contain infection-spreading bacteria. These bacteria can be found several feet from the toilet and urinal for up to half an hour after use. They are one of the sources of bad odor.

Severe odor and urinal blockage are always difficult to manage. Back odor from the urinals along with splashed urine in the surrounding area gives foul odor continuously.

It is very important to address the following three issues to prevent odor and blockages;

  • A. Floor and partitions around urinals

  • B. Odor from the traps

  • C. Uric acid and limescale deposits

Urine deposits uric acid crystals, calcium, salt, and silica as scale in the urinal lines. Scale continues to build up forming uric scale, which creates unsightly stains and can eventually block pipes. The problem with urine waste is that it is extremely hard to remove. Untreated and static urine eventually forms a soft sludge and, eventually, a hard deposit. In addition, hair and other debris inevitably enter the waste pipes, causing blockages.

Traditional cleaning products such as detergents and chemicals are ineffective at breaking down these crystals, thus, to remove deposits in urinals, you need bio-enzyme based products, specifically designed to break down the uric acid crystals while destroying the bacteria around uric acid crystals that cause odor.
The alternative is expensive treatment with hazardous chemicals or mechanically by having the pipes rodded.

Bacteria and enzymes work in an entirely natural way without the use of chemicals. Microbiological cleaning is an environmentally friendly and effective solution to many washrooms and housekeeping problems. Chemical deodorants mask odor rather than removing the ‘bad’ bacteria, which cause the problems.
